Island has project management professionals on staff that
can assist your company with small to large scale
network/computer rollouts. We will work with your company
to ensure that the project is launched on time, with
minimum expense and impact to the users. WI's staff has
been installing networks for over ten years and we
understand the problems related with multiple site
rollouts.
We can provide a full time person on-site or resources on
an as-needed contractual basis. We can assist you with a
needs analysis /feasibility study to support the validity
of the project. We will assist you by coordinating
resources to ensure the project stays on time. When
outsourcing is required, we can help you with vendor
evaluations both in technologies and product selection.
From this point, you may employ other WI services which
can include management of third party resources to further
the project. We will continue to assist you throughout the
implementation phase with direction, scheduling and
on-site support.
