Craig Willson (CFO)
has spent his entire career in the
financial services sector, with a 28-year professional
involvement in technology as it relates to business. He
first became involved with technology when he majored in
Automation Accounting at Albany Business College (Albany,
NY), where he was awarded a degree in the study of
generally accepted accounting practices as they relate to
computer applications. He was instrumental in the
development of a communication protocol, which resulted in
the first Canadian electronic issue of insurance documents
at remote locations. This model is still considered cost
effective and is widely used throughout Canada.
Experience: NT administration, AS/400
(including dumb terminal PC network integration, and
intelligent work stations), Unix>RPG>OS400>communications
routines, BBS management, intranet and internet system
admin, CGI scripting (Perl), JavaScript, animated graphics
and multimedia, web development, PC troubleshooting and
building, network administration and development. He has
been involved with technology since June of 1968, starting
with early IBM equipment (IBM 360, Mod 20) to today’s
current technology of AS400E and a number of active NT
projects. He has been a key beta tester (alpha team) for
Digital Dynamics Inc of Madera California, and GAC
Computer Services of Dallas Texas.
He currently
maintains an on-line bulletin board service that has been
active since July 1994. Willson lives with his wife in
Brackley Beach, PEI.
